Cancellation/Refund Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. We accept returns or exchanges only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video). Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
